Guofeng majored in horticulture and received his Bachelor’s degree at the Northwest A&F University in Shaanxi, China. He then continued his master thesis under the supervision of Prof Xiping Wang from 2017 to 2020 in the same university. After receiving a Chinese Scholarship Council (CSC) doctoral scholarship, Guofeng joined our lab as a PhD student in November 2020 and will focus on the impact of cell wall remodelling during symbiotic infections in legumes.
